Attorney Sonia D. Coleman, the President of The Law Office of Sonia D. Coleman, P.C., counsels and advises clients on estate planning, probate, real estate, corporate and employment law.

She is a member of many professional organizations such as Silver Cross Hospital, where she serves on the Board of Directors, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Chicago Southland Chamber of Commerce.

Sonia has served as a Faculty Advisor at John Marshall Law School’s Business Enterprise Law Clinic and as a Mentor with Loyola University’s School of Law Advocacy Program.

She currently serves as a consultant for the Illinois Tollway’s Technical Assistance Program at Prairie State College. She also won a bid as an employment and labor attorney for Brookfield Zoo.

A sought-after presenter, she has presented to various groups on a variety of topics, including hiring and firing employees, unconscious bias, cultural awareness, and sexual harassment. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Howard University and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University of Chicago.
